1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
We only accept returns and offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You provide an unboxing video clearly showing the defect or issue. This video must start from the unopened package and clearly show the unsealing of the box and the defective product inside.
The request for return or refund is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement
To process a return or refund due to damage or defect, it is mandatory to:
Record a continuous unboxing video before opening the package.
Ensure the video clearly shows the shipping label, box condition, and product inside.
Submit the video along with your complaint to nuitfragrances1@gmail.com or via our WhatsApp support within 48 hours of delivery.
Note: No returns or refunds will be processed without this unboxing video evidence.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns for:
Opened or used perfumes.
Products without original packaging or missing components.
Requests raised beyond the 48-hour window after delivery.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Alternatively, we may offer store credit or a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.
